RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
While we endeavour to ensure that all information, representations, specifications, illustrations, terms and conditions and pricing contained on this website are accurate at the time of publication, the information on this website is general in nature only and may show overseas product features, specifications or models. Product features, models, specifications, prices, service terms and conditions, fees and charges, are subject to change without notice. The general information on this website should always be read in conjunction with other specific materials and information available from Stealth Electric Bikes and its authorised dealers.
Modifications to Orders
Modifications to custom-built bike Orders (6-8 week lead time) will be accepted one week from order. Modifications may include brake selection, fork selection, tyre selection or colour upgrades. All requests must be made to Stealth in writing and will be confirmed in writing.
PARTS AND ACCESSORIES
Modifications to parts orders we only be allowed within 24 hours of purchase and only if products have not yet been shipped. All requests must be made to us in writing via your sales agent and will be confirmed in writing by Us.
Stealth Electric Bikes stands behind the quality of its products and we hope you’re 100% happy with your
purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product you may return it within 30 days for a refund, exchange or store credit.
However, if you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it subject to the terms below:
You must have an original receipt or packing slip to complete your return. Stealth products can be returned only after obtaining Returns Approval from Us by emailing email@example.com. Any product returned without providing the required Returns Approval notice will be rejected and returned, at customer’s expense, to customer.
Returned product must be in new and unused condition. We will only accept returns on items that are as new, not ridden, and unopened (unless faulty). We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been installed or damaged (e.g. clamp marks on handle bars or electrical items with cut wires).
Stealth Electric Bikes reserves the right to inspect all returned product and documentation to determine compliance with this policy. We have the right to reject any return if customer has not complied with this policy.
Approved and accepted returns are eligible for return of the purchase price of the product, less a $500USD restocking fee and all shipping, customs, and other fees including but not limited to shipping, customs duties and taxes, PayPal, finance or credit card fees incurred by Stealth Electric Bikes.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return product.
Custom-built products are final and are not eligible for returns, changes or alterations unless otherwise agreed to by Us in writing and all conditions of this policy have been met.
Items purchased through an Stealth Electric Bikes Authorised Dealers must be returned to the Dealer.
Cancellation of custom-built bike orders (6-8 week lead time) will be accepted one week from order. A re-stocking fee of $500USD will be charged on all cancelled bike orders after the one week grace period. All requests must be made to us in writing via your sales agent and will be confirmed in writing by Us.
Customers will be eligible for return of the purchase price of the product, less any shipping, customs, or other costs and fees including but not limited to finance, credit card or foreign exchange fees incurred by Stealth Electric Bikes. These fees will be charged on all order cancellations and in addition to the $500USD restocking fee for bike order cancellations.

Customers will be eligible for return of the purchase price of the product, less any fees already incurred by Stealth Electric Bikes including but not limited to finance, credit card or foreign exchange fees incurred by Stealth Electric Bikes. These fees will be charged on all order cancellations.
If items are in stock, we will ship within 3 business days. If items are not in stock, your sales agent will discuss delivery times and method with you when ordering.
For international parts orders we use DHL express which has a standard delivery time of 3 business days door to door. Tracking Numbers will be supplied where applicable. We do not lower the value on international packages and you are required to cover any additional tax, duties and fees your local customs office may charge. It is your responsibility to pay your local customs agent direct for these costs.
In Australia we use the most appropriate shipping method for the size of your package, this could take anywhere from one day to one week to arrive once shipped.
Busy periods and holidays including Christmas shutdown may affect delivery times.
Tracking will be provided where available.
STEALTH ELECTRIC BIKES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO INSPECT ANY DEFECTIVE COMPONENTS OR PRODUCTS TO DETERMINE WHETHER A REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT IS REQUIRED.
Who is the Warrantor?

Stealth Electric Bikes warrants this product against defects in material or workmanship as follows:
Stealth Electric Bikes will replace at no charge for parts only or, at its option, replace any product or part of the product that proves defective because of improper workmanship and/or material, under normal installation, use, service and maintenance. If Stealth Electric Bikes is unable to provide a replacement and repair is not practical or cannot be made in a timely fashion, Stealth may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product as per our refunds policy.
What does our Limited Warranty cover?
This product has been manufactured and tested to the highest quality standards by Stealth Electric Bikes Pty Ltd. Limited warranties offered by Stealth Electric Bikes covers defects in material or workmanship in new Stealth products. Warranties extend to the structural integrity of the frame only and does not cover paintwork, scratches or corrosion. All warranties extend to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Only consumers purchasing Stealth products from authorized Stealth dealers, retailers or agents or through the Stealth Electric Bikes Website may obtain coverage under our Limited Warranties.
How long does the coverage last?
Stealth Electric Bikes offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all Stealth B-52, Stealth F-37 and Stealth H52 frames (including swingarms). Stealth P-7, Stealth P-7R frames and swingarms are covered by a 12 month warranty.
Batteries on the Stealth B-52, Stealth H-52 and Stealth F-37 are covered by a 24 month warranty from date of purchase.
Batteries on the Stealth P-7 and Stealth P-7R are covered by a 12 month warranty from date of purchase.
All other components not specified above for frames, swingarms and batteries are covered by a 12 month warranty from the documented date of purchase, depending on the type of product and where it was purchased.
What our Limited Warranty does not cover?
Our warranties do not cover any problem that is caused by:
Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation, improper maintenance according to the Stealth Owner’s manual, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, alteration or extreme climates.
Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from accessories, connected materials and products, or related products not manufactured by Stealth Electric Bikes.
Damage from extreme riding activities such as back flips, competition racing, jumping, stunt riding, ramp jumping, or similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the product. Stunts and extreme riding, which may be seen in our advertising, are performed under controlled conditions using professional riders. They are for demonstration purposes only and similar riding activity will not be covered under our warranty.
Injury arising from unlawful or unsafe use of the products
Consequential loss or damages including but not limited to costs associated with returning the product to an Stealth Electric Bike Service Centre, out of pocket-expenses, lost profits or earnings, communication charges, lost time or loss and damage to personal property.
Return Procedure: How to file a claim under warranty
Stealth Electric Bikes will not provide any warranty coverage unless claims are made in compliance with all terms of the Limited Warranty statement included with your product and you follow this return procedure.
To request warranty service, you will need to contact the Stealth Customer Service Department and follow this Return Procedure by clearly providing information relating to the:
The sales receipt or other evidence of the date and place of purchase.
Full name, contact details (including telephone number and email address).
Build number of the bike.
A description of the problem.
Images or video evidence of the problem.
Delivery of the product or the defective part, postage prepaid and carefully packed and insured, to Stealth Electric Bikes or an Agreed dealer/Authorized Service Centre.
Stealth Electric Bikes does not cover postage costs of goods from you to our factory in Australia. When warranty service is completed, any repaired or replacement product or part will be returned to you postage prepaid.
This Limited Warranty is void if a product is returned with removed, damaged or tampered labels or any alterations (including removal of any component or external cover).
How does Australian law apply?
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
About other disclaimers
In addition, the following limitations and disclaimers also apply to this Limited Warranty:
Repair or replacement (or, in limited circumstances, refund of the purchase price) as provided under this Limited Warranty is the exclusive remedy of the purchaser. Stealth Electric Bikes neither assumes nor authorizes any person to create for it any other obligation or liability in connection with this product.
Stealth Electric Bikes shall not be liable to purchaser or any other person for any incidental, special or consequential damages, arising out of breach of this Limited Warranty or any implied warranty (including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability).
Stealth Electric Bikes reserves the right to change or improve the design of any product at any time, without assuming any obligation to modify any Stealth products previously manufactured or sold.
PAYMENTS & DISPUTED PAYMENTS
All goods must be fully paid prior to shipment. We do not accept checks, drafts, or money orders. Other payment options may be available via your local dealer.
When making a payment, you confirm that the all accounts or credit/debit cards being used are yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Customer assumes all costs associated with a disputed credit card charge, which results in an action from our merchant account provider, otherwise known as “chargebacks.”
Any coupon codes, for example free shipping or discount offers, are valid at the time of order placement with your Stealth Electric Bikes representative (Stealth Electric Bikes Authorised Dealers) or only and must be entered in correctly at the relevant point in the payment process for you to be eligible for the offer promoted.
Deposits and Payment Plans
For some products, We offer the opportunity for customers to place an Order by way of deposit. The amount of the deposit may vary from time to time without notice. Deposits are subject to cancellation fees as outlined in our Cancellations sections below. Full payment is required before Product is shipped.
We do not formally accept your Order until it has passed our internal validation procedures for verifying the bona fides of each Order placed. We may run security checks for the purpose of preventing credit card or payment fraud. Security checks may be conducted by telephone, by email or by a combination of both. As part of a security check we will require you to provide further verification of your credit card and your identification. You are welcome to perform a security check in store if you do not wish to participate via email or phone. If you do not agree to undergo a security check you may have your order cancelled and refunded. We maintain absolute discretion to cancel and refund your Order if you refuse to undergo any part of a security check.
